Is 1st forwomen a ****?

I don't know if this is a **** or what. I just joined 1st for women for car insurance in January 2024 via the App, i need to make amendments as they have changed my tailored quotation from myself on the App. I left my contacts for a call back earlier on. I have not been called back. I sent an email and the post master rep**** that the email address cannot be found. Now i decided to phone them and the automated machine told me i am caller number 13 waiting to speak to the consultant. This is frustrating. They were quick to respond to me before i joined them and sent me emails which now the email address cannot be found. How do i hold on as caller number 13 by the time they answer my call my airtime will be finished.
