I am very disappointed in their service. For two months I have been battling with the app and managing my policy online and they have the audacity to say its my fault. I'm seriously considering moving insurance at this rate. It's ridiculous that I must struggle like this and pay fees for full insurance and yet only be covered third party coz their stupid system doesn't work

Thankyou so much to the lady who helped me today. She was really awesome and used her brain. She let me take all the pictures and send them through and now the car will be covered
