Intentionally delaying claim ***1.

Allow me to express my utter dissatisfaction in how my claim has/is being handled. The incident and claim was both submitted on 15 November 2024. However, because the app does not make provision for rim and tyre, the claim was resubmitted on 18 November 2024. The claim was successfully captured under the correct option and I was informed that, Basetsana was my claim advisor. At the time, I was already in possession of the attached documents and requested that Thabiso (the gentleman who assisted me) to please provide me with your email address. He said that he had smsed it to me. This call took place at 11h54. I explained to him that I needed the email address asap as the next day (19 November 2024) was my birthday and I would not have access to my emails. He assured me I will receive the sms within 30 minutes. At 14h23, I called again as I still did not receive the sms and was informed again that the sms was resent and that I will receive the sms within 30 minutes. To date, I am yet to receive the sms with your details and to have received your email now. This is completely disrespectful and prejudicing me as a client. This kind of delays are unacceptable in a most likely ploy to delay my claim from being finalised until month end.
