Insurance ****- Sold a lie

I had the worst ever experience. I have warranty insurance with First for Women, paid them for 4 years and when it came to putting in a claim, there were now a lot of conditions. I have to tow my car myself and from a R 60k quote, they will only assist with R 4k. The entire service was poor, no feedback from day 1. They sold the policy as they pay up to a max of R 100k but they only pay one component at a time should they be issues with multiple components. The engine with a limit payout of R 20k is the highest limit component. So it is not true that they pay a maximum of R100k. Should I have known up front that the payout was a maximum of R 20k? I would have have not signed up. To make it worse their limits are not visible on the policy document but you have to click on a link to the document to view the limits, This is a **** to rob us. I hope something can be done about this A.S.A.P. I put a complaint through Telesure about this and they also had poor service. They didn't meet their own feedback deadline. I then followed up and they promised me feedback in two days which they still didn't meet. I only received feedback a week later on the 26th of October 2023 where I was promised feedback on the case on the 17th of October 2023.
