Insurance ****/Worst service delivery ever
On the 13th May 2015 I lost my Samsung S3 Mini cellphone. I immediately blocked the phone at Vodacom and went to the police station to get a case number.I contacted my insurance with this information as well as the ITC number and the IMEI number. I gave this to Mr. Kerswan Wenketas. According to my knowledge I am insured for R3000 for my phone. There is an excess applicable of R1000. Mr Wenkatas then informed me that if I take the pay-out I will only receive R1200. Why?! Mr. Wenketas said that he spoke to two of his managers and he then informed me that the insurance would replaces the phone with no extra fee and a free delivery. The phone should have been delivered on Monday 18/05/2015.I phoned the delivery company (Tirisano Company) and they informed me that they received a mail from first for women insurance to cancel my delivery. After various phone calls to First for Women trying to speak to Mr Kerswan Wenketas I could not get hold of him. I have also tried to ask other agents/managers for assistance but could not get any service.I have been a loyal customer for years but will be taking my business elsewhere and will not leave this matter here, This is elderly **************.
