Insurance run around

I had an issue with my car on the 17th of December and till now there has not been a solution. My claim was a third party issue which they have not resolved till now. They **** about the assessor assessing my car and told me I should wait for an engineer’s report, I have been waiting ever since. Today when I called them, they are still taking me back to square and asking me questions that I have already answered and given clear information. I am a struggling single parent who uses the car for errands to be able to be an efficient mom. Schools are opening soon and I have no solution as to what the next step is the status on the app has since been in review.
