Insurance refund
When I took insurance with 1st for women ,I didn't know I'll later have issues with my car, with that I had to cancel the insurance because the car broke and it was stationary ....I called them and informed them about the incident . I was supposed to be refunded but till date no refund was received ...I was promised to get a call back regarding my refund.

I appreciate the prompt response from 1st for women , the refund was received ,it was not the full amount. It was also not referenced as from 1st for women .
