Insurance Policy Not Cancelled Despite Clear Instruction

I joined 1st for Women in 2020 when I bought my Car through a labour broker, B-Sure. Since then, my premiums have increased every year, despite the fact that my vehicle continues to depreciate in value. This has been extremely frustrating.

In December 2025, I contacted the broker to cancel my policy. However, to this day, attempts are still being made to deduct premiums from my bank account, even though I have clearly instructed them to cancel the insurance. These unauthorized debit attempts are affecting my credit record, as there are insufficient funds allocated for these deductions.

I have made it explicitly clear that I no longer require this insurance policy and that it must be cancelled. Despite this, deductions are still being processed.

I request that the policy be cancelled immediately and that all further debit attempts cease without delay.
