insurance dont pay

Claim number ***.their client has third party insurance and getting them to finalise is a nightmare.their client has filed police report,emailed them and called them and admitted its his fault but they still have a doubt.and I have to wait 5 weeks and have my motor plan suspended because of this delay.unapolegetic and terrible service.Unfortunately may have to repair and sue client directly.so all his money is wasted paying insurance company.
