insurance companies can certainly do better- first for women

Hi, I would like to raise this issue of how in most cases insurers will not efficiently assist you when you need your fixed. 1st for women did not update me about the claim I had logged and I had to make calls to find out the progress because I use my car to drop off my kid and also go to work. So, this is an urgent matter to me.

I have a courtesy car that I received and its covered by my policy, but 30 days have passed and I am without a car, the panel beater assigned - Savannah Coachworks have been waiting for parts from BB Suzuki hatfield whom are promising to deliver these on 24 April. Savannah says it might take 3 weeks to fix the car, so I am looking at another at a second month without the car. 1st for women cannot assist me they said I must go and read my documents, they are not even interested in hearing the whole story and see how they can assist.

My issue is I do not feel assisted as long as they approved they have done their part. And why don't they have 60 days option of car hire, which we can take out it for some us???

But in that same discussion you said - you cannot 'investigate my concerns' until Ombudsman makes contact with you, that is what you mean right?
