Insurance claim UNPAID due to "endor*****ts" on policy

My house was broken into two days in a row. On the first day I received a call from my security company informing me that the alarm had gone off and that I need to come to my house as soon as possible... they broke off my sliding door and the sliding door gate but luckily did not ***** anything. That afternoon I decided to completely close off the sliding door entrance by building a wall as I felt unsafe just putttng a door back in as my daughter and I live alone. The following day to my absolute shock I received a call from my neighbour asking if I left my window open .. which I knew I had not especically after what had happenend the day before. I rushed back home to discover they had come back and this time gained entry through the window in my daughters bedroom. The alarm didnt go off for some reason although the security company was there just the day before. They stole a lot of my posessions but First for Women now refuses to pay out because my alarm didnt go off. The security company says they suspect the alarm was tampered with when they were there on the first day. Why should I be held liable for this? I heard an add on the radio this morning that Outsurance paid out a claim allthough the policy was under endor*****t. I am really appauled by your customer service!!! I will spread the word about this ...
