INSURANCE CLAIM

My car( DG 35 LJ GP )wash crashed last week Monday , I reported the insidence and logged my claim, I spoke to an assessor (ERNEST SANOKA )and my car was booked in, I received a report from the panel beater of what will be fixed and not, my right rim which has bended right where the insidence occured where the body of the car is most affected and I am being told that I will not be covered for this , I have insured my car with 1st for woman since 2016 and I must i AM URTERLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL of service... paying R1400 MONTLHY and to be told that I cant be covered for a rim. The amount of money I pay every month for everyyear , this is what you get for being a good loyal customer for 5years . I am definately changing insurance
