Inspection 2 years after the fact
I insured my car in Nov 2013 and at the time I was told an inspection by GlasFit was not necessary. I recently logged into my policy online to add a new cellphone and say a notification saying my car needs to be taken for an inspection at GlasFit otherwise I won't be fully covered. Why was I not properly notified of this and why now, after having been insured for 1 year and 3 months do I have to take my car in? Please clarify? Very disappointed with First For Women! I am usually full of praise for First for Women, but this is really very frustrating.
