Highly inefficient, non communicative, false representation.

Its been 2 weeks since trying to cancel my policies and get a refund. Every week a consultant (first Koketso then Brent Lee) tells me my policy has been terminated and that I will receive my refund within 3 days. After two weeks I received confirmation of termination but still no refund.

These insurers will frustrate you with lack of communication and consistency on their end. Also their tendency of changing the date they withdraw their premium from you will leave you genuinely irritated because you incur the unnecessary charges of R150 because of them changing the mandate monthly.

They really need to get their **** together.
