INCREASING DEBIT ORDERS ANNUALLY BY +50%

Since November 2015 by monthly debit orders have increased with 50% without any notification or clarification on this. When I phoned the call centre the person responsible told me that this figure will increase annually due to the decision that a board of members makes as a result of the statistics of claims ect. I have never claimed anyting from them and my cars value depreciates annually however I must recieve a 50% increase annually on my payments made. this is rediculous and the matter that the Trust relationship of this company is broken and that I must from now on babysit my bank account to see if they are not deducting amounts without my authorisation is absolutely rediculous and i will therefore change to another insurance company by the end of today.
