Increased premiums after requsting for them to be lowered

Not so long ago I had to call them to lower my premiums which they did it is not even a year they send me again price increase letter I have never claimed since I was with them ,other companies have been offering lower prices but I kept on using them but I think now it will be a better time to move to another insurance that offers lower premiums than this one that keeps increasing
