Increased premium ****ed off

Disappointed with first for woman ,I have received a letter stating that the premium will be up in October I have been trying to call them because their premiums are very high and I never claimed from them I was staying with them because of the service but I can't anymore I got a cheaper one equivalent to the old quote even lesser but today they deducted a premium meant to start in October wen you call using your airtime your airtime gets depleted while holding for them,why on earth can you keep on increasing premiums on someone who has never claimed ,what am I benefiting from your insurance??????
