Increase in my Premiuns

I just called the call centre and enquiring about my premiums that they are about to increase. i spent about 10 minutes with this lady going back and forth with my address, she is saying that i am not saying correctly according to what is on their system. I repeated my address time and time again until I got fed up and hang up. Instead of assisting me with my query she went on and on about how is my address should be. Up until now I don't know why they increased the premiums because I haven't even claim even worse she told me my premiums will increase again by an additional R55. If that is how First for Women treats their customer well I need a insurance company
