Incorrectly debited account - delay in refund

I spoke to a consultant on 25 June 2024 and repeatedly told him that the inception date of the policy should be 1 August 2024 as my existing policy was still in effect and the premium for that policy was already debited from my bank account for the ensuing month. When checking the policy document on 26 June, it stated that 1st for Women would be debiting my account on 26 June 2024. When I phoned them to point out the error, I was told that that the debit order was already scheduled and they were not able to cancel it. I just had to accept that they would deduct the premium from my account and then go about refunding me. I did everything they asked of me and yet I'm still waiting for my refund. The cherry on top is that they spam called me multiple times trying to upsell the policy. Read the room. I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately my experience has been too unpleasant. It's been two since your mistake and it is now prejudicing me financially. You were quick to debit my bank account incorrectly but are now twiddling your thumbs when you have to refund me. Trying to get this resolved with FFW representatives have proved fruitless and unfortunately this seems the only way in which my complaint will receive the necessary attention.

Multiple follow up emails about my situation sent to Pillar Mkhonto go unanswered. Also not sure why they even bother to include the head of the business, Seugnette van Wyngaard, details on the website because there is also no response. I am NOT phoning again because I do not want to explain my situation for the umpteenth time. I am desperate. Why won't you refund me my money when you are at fault!? The lack of response speaks volumes about how little regard you have for your clients.
