Incorrect Policy Status

I previously (November 2016) took a comprehensive insurance with first for woman for my vehicle.Due to the fact that i was not happy with the services received,i decided to ensure my vehicle elsewhere.The policy has since been cancelled for more than a year already ,well thats what i thought,on monday the 11th of February 2019 I decided to check my Credit Profile.To my suprise ,the policy is still active and it even shows the balance as current.I have since sent an email enquiring about this however i did not receive any feedback.I want first for women to cancell the policy alltogether and the balance updated to R0.00 as i no longer have any dealings with them.Furthermore,I need a letter from them confirming that the policy is cancelled.
