Incorrect loading of policy and debit order

I was previously with First for Women and then cancelled due to the lack of service, i decided to give them another go after 4 years . I signed up for car insurance last month sometime, and specifially asked the consultant, and asked to have my policy only instated from the 26th of November, which is when i had expected the debit to go off, Today is the 16th of the month, and i get 2 messages from the bank saying that an amount of R360 and an amount of R208 has went through. reversing these debit orders would reflect negatively on my credit profile. I have called the call centre this morning and spoke to Jayraad Vasagie at 08h38 at 16/11/2016, and he advised that he would send the details through to another department that will pull up a recording and verify if what i am saying is true, which i completely understand, i just need this done asap, as he couldnt give me an ETA. i am at a point where i am questioning the ocnsultants integrity now, the question that i am asking myself is if he loaded the policy earlier to claim the sale for the month????? I need someone to call me back urgently with a solution please. there are many other competitors that i will be happy to sign up with, if this is not resolved.

Reviewer Update

I would have thought someone would have called to get more clarity, as i didnt post my ID number or Policy number on this review, so i would like to know what based on what information exactly you were investigating on?

Could someone please contact me urgently, i have tried the contact numbers on the website, but one person just puts me to the next and the cycle repeats itself, and frustration builds,
