Incorrect exclusion

<div>Your agent phoned me during March 2024 to revise my information, and told me that I did NOT have to go for an HIV / AIDS test again, because I had already done so. Now I receive a letter stating that you have not received my test results, therefore I am no longer covered for accidental death. Listen to the recording of the call to me during March!!! THIS IS INCORRECT AND MUST BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will contact the ombudsman if this is not rectified by Friday 28 June.&nbsp;</div>
