inconsiderate panel beater

I cannot understand how an insurance company that claims to be for women cause one such amount of stress, like do you even have a decent panel beater on your list? I took my car in to a repairer of your choice on the 11th of Jan 2016, and I was advised the following day that the parts had been ordered , they are awaiting delivery from Renault, this morning when I phoned to follow up, they couldn't give me the order no. Nor the dealership through which the parts were ordered, only to discover the damn parts were not ordered (a ****** week later) It is not my job to make sure the repaired you have partnered with actually do what they get paid to do. I have to wait a further 2 weeks for the parts to arrive, and unfortunately life doesn't stop because your chosen repairer stuffed up, I need to get my kids to school, & I have a job on top of that hey... Why do you subject me to such nonsense? I need a car, I had made provision for 2 weeks not more, why should I pay for someone else's mess? I pay my premiums with a smile I expect the same smile to ba mainted throughout the whole repair process, right now I am a very ****ed client....
