After my car was in an accident on the 25th of july 2020 it was towed to the panel beaters. I kept in contact with the lady allocated to assist with my claim who always gave me the run arounds telling me she would get back to me but never did. Today is the 11tg of August and i called only to find out that my car has not even been assessed. I called the panel beaters and told me they have not even touched the car cause the company isn't communicating with them. I am truly disappointed with 1st for women insurance.
