Joined the insurance company on Monday the 5th October 2020,we agreed on a debit order for the 15th of every month starting 15 October,the fucjen company has been trying to debit my account since Monday..incurring bank charges. I called in spite to Camryn who wasn't willing to help but rather happy when I stated I want to cancel. No investigation or whatsoever..he was rather happy to put mr through to cancelation department very rude of this guy...he just added on to my frustrations. As am looking for quotes from other insurances..I can't be dealing with such incompetence
