*********** and poor service

<p>My car (Renault Captur 2016) that is insured with First For Women was involved in an accident on 14March 2017. The accident was so bad to such an extend that the airbags poped out. First For Women took my car to some panel beater, where my car is "being repaired". it has been over a month now, im still waiting for my car. i have contacted this panel beater where First For Women took my car numerous times and they always telling me stories. There was even a time when this panel beater told me that First for Women hasnt paid them, yet FIrst For Women tells me that they paid. On a recent telephonic conversation where i called this panel beater they told me that they are struggling to get parts for my car because it was presented to them as a almost write off vehicle. First for Women is so *********** and unreliable. They cant be trusted. How can they take my car my to such an *********** panel beater. How are they going to fix my Renault Captur which has so much technology and airbags came out. Does First For Women know what they are doing? Im very worried and dissapointed with service.</p>
