incompetency caused me unpayed debit oder
i work at the bank and i get payed on the 20th each month , i specificaly stated that i want my debit oder to go thru on the 20 whether the date falls on sunday or public holiday it does not matter as i dont work at the goverment, this month the 20th was on a sunday your stupid company decided to debit my account on the 19th while there was no funds in my account , now i have and unpayed debid oder on my savings for the 1st time thats not good for my credit record, im really not impressed and i have already sent 2 emaild to your complains department but no respond , i want to know who autorised a debit oder on my account before my pay day, now i received an email informing me that the 2nd debit will be done on the 05 ctomer and u will be charged R59.00 for that debit to be re submitted, why must i pay for your incompitence, should i need to claim i will not take any stories i will even take you guys to the ombud man. i still repeat if you guys dont know what you are doing you can take your stupid innsureance ans shove it where the sun shine , i will get another insuarence my record is very good.
