INCOMPETENCE

I regret the day I joined 1st For Women insurance! Quick to debit their premiums but take forever to process claims! They work with a very *********** company I can’t mention because I’m not insured with the company but with First for women. First instance I claimed and they told me that I am still on waiting period, I had to go back to a welcome email they sent me to show them the plan I was on . If it wasn’t for that they would’ve declined my claim. Fine! I gave them another chance and the incompetence is out of this world!
