Incompetence

25 April their client did an ******* u-turn into my car. I was left with serious damage to the drivers side resulting in doors not closing properly and the car not locking. I called to file a third party claim and was told they would call me. They never did. I called again finally filed the claim. Sent all required documentation including the AR number etc. Vehicle was finally assessed. The assessor told me the insurance would call me in 2-3 days. Again no call! I called and was told the claim was processing and they would call. Another week later still no call. I call again and told that they are missing documentation. I checked the original email. IT IS ALL THERE! I have forwarded it again!!! I am made to feel like the bad person! my car does not lock making it unsafe to drive. Over a month and I am still fighting this! As an insurance company that boosts all these services for women, I am horrified that you let people go through all of this and do nothing! your consultants are rude and do not do their job! First for NO SERVICE!
