Impressive friendly service!!i

I called 1st for women to cancel my policy as I had found a more competitive quote elsewhere and I spoke to a gentleman called Thaabit Damon who was professional yet friendly. I expected to be bul**** into staying with 1st for women but Thaabit was understanding when I decided to switch to my new insurer even after his great effort to try and retain me as a client. Really great employee with great product knowledge! Thank you for answering my questions and for being helpful. I work in insurance myself so I do know just how demanding work can be. Dealing with a professional and friendly person is always the highlight of dealing with a complete stranger on the other line. Well done Thaabit! 10/10 for your excellent service!
