I believe we must give credit where it's due. First id like to thank the hello peter site for allowing the opportunity to express ourselves and state our grievances & compliments. Second I'd like to express great thanks to Crystal Vollenhoven who resolved my issue to the best of her ability. It wasn't the most ideal resolution on my part but after she's explained to me the procedures & protocols, it did seem the best for both the service provider & myself. She's got great customer care skills and did her best to put herself in my shoes. The business world needs more people like her. I'm a happy client once more.
