I’m not happy with their service

I’m not happy with their service . I joined the mechanic warranty January 2025 and I’m paying them every month hoping that it will make a difference in my life but make things worse. I did a claim with them. And they taw my car last week on Friday 02 May 2025 and I stated to them I’m going home on Tuesday and the dealership sent an email saying that the car won’t be fixed by Tuesday. Then Wednesday I requested that can I have my car back. I even call the dealership .the dealership said that they are waiting for the insurance to pay them for tawing the car. I also call 1st for women Mechenic warranty told them that can I have my car back to me . They said they are waiting for the invoice . Today is Friday I still don’t have my car with me . Why is it difficult for 1st for women to bring my car back. All I’m requesting Hello peter is can 1st for women bring my car back to me .
