IM FED UP

OK.... my car had been in 1st for women and renew it posession since the 9th of nov!!! ok Fine due to administrations that needed to be done they told me to wait 10 days before they can validate my claim and promised to update me daily but NO this good looking insurance with *** service needed a push! Mind you they are the 1st people to debit from my account every month and i have never missed a payment before!!!<br> <br> On the 10th day i had to call and scream at the so called claims manager to sort out my claim which didnt even take them 5 hours to sort because they responded to me way before close of business.... So what does this tell a potential customer? That they will not make a mistake when they have to debit but their service in return is the worst!! <br> <br> insure with 1st for women at your own risk!!!! i struggled i still am!!! now renewit edenvale has my car's repairs on hold and they are closing on the 23rd, they keep lying to me saying the part will be delivered \later today"since last wed!!! Horrible service in everything associated with 1st for women!!! I WANT MY CAR BY THE 23RD I DNT CARE WHERE YOU FIND THE PART U HAD ENOUGH TIME TO SORT THIS!"""
