I'm disappointed

I'm unhappy with the service that I received from 1st For Women. My fridge was damaged. So I logged a claim for the Fridge and the claim was denied because the payout is less than the access. My fridge was assessed and now I don't have a fridge. I had so much faith in my insurer and I have recommended 1st For Women to my family and friends but today they've disappointed me
