If only there was an option to rate them on a negative number. A rating of 1 is being very gracious. Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Assessors contradict each other, have to constantly send through emails to follow up on progress. Dispute departments are no help at all. Had a claim that was disputed, claim shows as settled on the policy schedule but no payment was made. This is honestly the most useless insurance company that I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
