I'd like to commend Fathima Ebrahim. She displayed excellent customer service skills – she was courteous, patient, and attentive. While my concern could not be fully resolved immediately, I could see she genuinely tried to assist and went the extra mile to guide me as best as she could. Her professionalism deserves recognition♥️
