I would never do business with them, ever again

I am extremely disappointed with how the company is doing their business. I have been with them for year, however, i decided to change insurance companies of the insanely increasing premium. I did notify the company that I will no longer using them as my insurance company. That's when things went completely wrong. 1st for woman keeps deducting money from my account, even after numerous emails asking them to cancel the cover. Every month they do as they please in my account, ignoring every email I sent.
