I would like to write a review about 1st for Women - I am very disappointed when I tried to submit a claim for my TV decoder that is faulty. I am a pensioner, the excess would be R2000 and if it was caused by an electrical surge the excess would be over R4000. I had the policy for +- 10 yrs and it is the 2nd claim I submitted. They have no concessions for pensioners.
