I would like to write a review about 1st for Women

I would like to write a review about 1st for Women. Initially i thought hey great service but now all i can day is Absolutely terrible service. What was said and promised to me on this conversation is now being disputed as this was not passed thru the manager . This is such inept service. I am now being made liable to pay for a coutesy vehicle which according to First for woman was extended due to their service provider panel beaters not having my car ready and its been a whole month. But now thrm stating the person who did this is at tea and her mananger days she did not approve this . What utter nonsense. Their premiums are quite high but to get a call back is me having to beg for it . Once my vehicle is back i will be cancelling my policy and looking for another insurance. This was my first accident in all the years i have been paying the insurance and this is my treatment . Def will not recommend anyone here
