I would like to write a review about 1st for Women. Been a customer since 2015 and was expecting automatic cash back activation only to find that you have to request. Not cool as I wanted to make a claim a few times but was told I would forfeit cash back if I made small claims 🤔. The consultant that assisted with my enquiry was extremely professional and really helpful adding friendliness which is generally rare in today's service industry. Thank you Phinda you helped soften the disappointment of receiving incorrect information previously
