I would like to write a review about 1st for Women

I would like to write a review about 1st for Women. Since I had an accident on the 31st March 2024 they have done nothing but give me very bad service. They appointed Milano panel beaters which I had stated that I do not want my car to be fixed by them instead I wanted to use wonderboom panel beaters which is also on their panel beaters list but they are making my life a living hell refusing to process my preferred panel beaters. Whenever I make a call to the company requesting to speak with an assessor they are giving me a run around, putting me on hold for the longest time without any particular reason. Please assist thnk you
