Faheem had called me with feed back regarding my claim which I had done last week. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to, he was understanding and very empathetic towards me, the manner in which he spoke was exemplary, He has definetly raised the bar for all other consultants as I have never encountered anybody to this day from FFW who handled my issues so efficiently, he was well versed and truly exceptional in the way he went about explaining the details of my claim.
