I would like to rate Dineo an 11 but i presume its only to 10. She was extremely thorough in explaining very patient with my limited understanding of english terms regarding insurance she explained and was very helpfull. She had to enquire to her manager about my enquiry and was very swift in getting back to me with an answer. Thank you Dineo. ❤️
