I would like to commend Lorinda for her excellent assistance during my annual review. She helped me secure a discount on my policy, and I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. That said, I do have a serious concern: I never received any email communication informing me that my premium would be increasing. In fact, I rarely receive any email communication from First for Women at all. This lack of communication is worrying, as timely updates are essential for clients to plan and manage their finances effectively. I hope this issue can be addressed so that clients like myself can stay informed and feel confident in the service we receive.
