I would actually like to thank Kelelo Ramorola for good service. That guy knows his product, he listens and explains in a way that you understand. He went an extra mile to fix a mistake that was done by his colleague without mourning or change of voice. You could hear in his voice that his pationate about his job. I wish you could have more agents like him, or train the ones that are already there. Make them understand the importance of knowing the product and way of being patient with the client and not rushing to seal the deal because of commission. Thank you
