I was very frustrated with the way my premium was taken up with extra R500 😓 How Thendo handled the situation was amazing. Even with my claim, he put me directly to a right department. For the first time it wasn’t a pillar to post kind of call. I’m very impressed with his service. I swear I was about to leave this Insurance.
