I was struggling to load my self inspection of my vehicle on my app and I spoke to and agent 6 days ago whom sent me a email to load the photos and I rep**** with the photos but that spesific agent never came back to me even though I followed up 3 times in 6 days. This morning I requested a call back again from first for woman and I was in a firtunate position to get a call from Malisha Hardwarpersad, I am please to say I rate her service 10 out of 10. She helped me immediately to get my inspection photos loaded while on the line. I really hope all call centre agents would be like Malisha Hardwarpersad!
