I was meant to get my cash bonus in October as per their customer agent , when It did not happen I then called to enquire , I spoke to a Monic James who promised me she will escalate the matter and they will will give me feedback

I was meant to get my cash bonus in October as per their customer agent , when It did not happen I then called to enquire , I spoke to a Monic James who promised me she will escalate the matter and they will will give me feedback. Nothing has happened till now and I called again of which I cut off from the line and they never called me back . I have been them for more than four years now and I am even considering leaving them because of the bad service I encountered. This is really bad service
