I was involved in a minor accident

I was involved in a minor accident. Before I could work out what to do next, FFW had notified an accredited towing company who came and assisted me. Windy phoned me the next morning and helped me log the claim and was very clear and helpful. So far, it has been a very positive experience (besides the accident!)
