I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was in the wrong. I was my first car accident so I was clueless as to what to do next but because 1st for women has that option of reporting an accident on their app, I did that and they were so quick to send the towing truck. They were there in less then 10mins and further when I activated the concierge assist, Branden was quick and registered my claim and requested car hire which I have as an added value. So grateful that the team made sure I have 1 less then to worry about. Thank you so much 1st for women team.
